Of course, you want to have better dental care. Who doesn’t? The good news is having healthy and more beautiful teeth is a lot easier than you think. You know you should brush twice a day and floss at least once. Brushing in the morning before work is fairly easy enough to make routine, but many people avoid brushing at night because they put it off until they feel too tired. That’s why it’s a good idea to brush an hour before bed — before you settle down in front of the TV or dig into that romance novel. It’s a good idea to make a routine about flossing — perhaps while you’re in the shower or after lunch if you work in a closed door office. And you should always brush for at least two minutes each time. That doesn’t sound like a lot of time but can feel long while you are brushing. Set a timer on your phone to make it easier to follow through.
