Introducing Dr. Paul Hynes!!

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Patients,

With Dr. Malavich’s departure, we want to introduce Dr. Paul Hynes who will be joining our practice on June 3, 2024.  He will be working alongside Dr. Schmerler.  We are thrilled to have found someone who shares the same philosophy and important values.  You will see a sense of personalized quality care that we have built so diligently over the years.  A few changes that will take place will be our new office hours.

Dr. Paul Hynes was raised in Zanesville and Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences with a Minor in Biology from the Ohio State University.  He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Hynes fostered his passion for dentistry during his undergraduate and professional education at Ohio State. He had the opportunity to treat patients with various dental needs throughout his education that has allowed him to expand his skillset and desire to learn more. He truly enjoys getting to know and interact with his patients every day and build lasting relationships.

Dr. Hynes is committed to continuing his education in order to deliver the best possible dental care for his patients while utilizing modern skills and techniques.

Dr. Hynes married his wife, Katie, in 2023 whom he met while in high school in Cincinnati, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, hiking with his dog, and watching the Buckeyes play on Saturdays.  And, a congratulations to them as they just welcomed their daughter Sophia into their family.

We are SO EXCITED to have him on board starting the beginning of June.
