Yes, We’re Open & Ready to Serve Your Family: Welcome Back!
Yes, as of May 4, we are seeing patients and serving the families of Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Sharonville and the surrounding areas with top quality family dental care. We’ve missed you!
Naturally, just because our office is open and Ohio is beginning its staged reopening plans, that doesn’t mean the virus is gone. Rest assured your family’s health and safety remains our top priority. We are doing everything we can to be cautious and prevent the spread of this deadly virus.
When you return to our office in Cincinnati, you may notice things run a little differently. We are following the infection control recommendations put forth by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This is being done for our health and safety — as well as your families. We’re all in this together.
Health Screening for Your Safety
When you call us for an appointment, we’ll screen you through a brief questionnaire over the phone — asking about your health and whether you’ve exhibited any symptoms. During your appointment, we’ll ask you these questions again. We’ll also check your temperature upon arrival in our office.
Our New Waiting Room: Your Car!
Once you’ve parked your car in our parking lot, we kindly ask that you call our office if you have a mobile phone. You will wait in your car until we are ready to see you: We will call you when you are ready. Bring your own reading materials, toys and coloring books to entertain children.
Our own waiting room will be devoid of books, magazines, toys and games. This is done to prevent the spread of the virus.
We’ll do our best to limit waiting times. We’ll also minimize traffic in our reception area as much as possible.
Don’t Worry — We’ve Got Plenty of Hand Sanitizer!
You’re stocked on toilet paper — we’re stocked on hand sanitizer. We’ll ask you to sanitize your hands upon arrival and throughout your appointment. Yes, we practice what we preach. Our dentists and dental staff practically bathe in the stuff. We continually apply it several times every hour.
If you are over the age of 10, we’ll also ask that you pre-rinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide in order to kill off any existing germs and bacteria.
Staggered Appointments for Your Safety
You’ll notice we’re seeing fewer patients at a time than usual. We are staggering appointments to make it easy to practice social distancing. You may have different option times for your appointment. Feel free to ask. We’ll always try to accommodate any special schedule requests.
We’re in This Together!
This is an unprecedented time. You naturally have concerns and questions. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to provide quality gentle dental services to you and your family. We’re here for any questions or concerns you might have.
